What you may and may not do with the source code you purchase.

1. Grant

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for single business: One business, one production deployment. Additional deployments require an extra licence..

2. What you may do

Deploy the application for the business named on the order.
Modify the source code however you like for that deployment.
Have your own developers work on it.
Keep using it indefinitely — the licence does not expire.

3. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code.
Publish it publicly, including in a public repository.
Use one licence across several businesses or several live deployments.
Offer it as a template or product of your own.

4. Additional deployments

Running the same application for a second business or a second production site requires an additional licence. Contact support@lvisuel.com — this is straightforward and usually cheaper than the first purchase.

5. Revocation

A licence may be revoked if it is redistributed or resold, or if the order is refunded or charged back. Revocation disables downloads; we do not reach into a deployed site.

6. Updates

Updates to an application you own are available while your licence is active, through the Downloads section of your dashboard.
