About RiadStay

RiadStay is a direct booking engine and property management dashboard.

Guests search by dates and occupancy and see genuine availability computed from your reservation calendar. Rooms show galleries, amenities and rates, including seasonal pricing and minimum-stay rules.

The dashboard runs the property: a reservation calendar, check-in and check-out lists for the day, guest records, housekeeping status per room and revenue reporting.

Business use case

Booking platforms charge 15–20% per reservation. RiadStay gives a property its own booking engine: guests check real availability, see your rates, and book directly. Every direct reservation is commission you keep.
