About Tavolo
Tavolo replaces the three tools most restaurants juggle — a static website, a reservation notebook and a commission-taking delivery app — with one system you own.
The digital menu is built for phones: guests scan a QR code at the table, browse categories with photos, and order without installing anything. The same menu powers your delivery and pickup ordering.
Reservations arrive with party size, time and special requests, and the floor plan view shows which tables are free. Orders flow into a kitchen display with status changes the front of house can follow.
Business use case
Delivery platforms take 20–30% of every order. Tavolo gives a restaurant its own ordering channel: a QR digital menu at the table, reservations on the website, and delivery or pickup orders that arrive straight in the kitchen dashboard — with no commission.

No. The ordering system is yours: you pay for the application once and keep 100% of every order. Only your own payment provider's transaction fee applies.
Yes. Each table gets its own QR code, and orders arrive in the kitchen dashboard tagged with the table number.
No. With the Business Ready package we install, configure and launch everything for you — you receive a working website and a dashboard you log into. Only the Code Only package assumes you can deploy an application yourself.
Yes. Branding is part of the Launch Setup and Business Ready packages: we apply your logo, brand colours, company information and contact details before launch. Afterwards you can keep editing content from the admin dashboard.
Every package includes the full source code under a one-business licence: you may use it for one production deployment of your own business. Reselling or redistributing the code is not permitted.
Once we receive your business information, a standard launch takes 2 to 5 working days. Complex customisations are quoted separately and scheduled with you.
Business Ready includes an initial support window for launch issues, plus hosting and backups for the first year. You can extend support or hosting at any time from the add-ons.
