Licence Agreement
What you may and may not do with the source code you purchase.
Template — have this reviewed
1. Grant
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for single business: One business, one production deployment. Additional deployments require an extra licence..
2. What you may do
- Deploy the application for the business named on the order.
- Modify the source code however you like for that deployment.
- Have your own developers work on it.
- Keep using it indefinitely — the licence does not expire.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code.
- Publish it publicly, including in a public repository.
- Use one licence across several businesses or several live deployments.
- Offer it as a template or product of your own.
4. Additional deployments
Running the same application for a second business or a second production site requires an additional licence. Contact support@lvisuel.com — this is straightforward and usually cheaper than the first purchase.
5. Revocation
A licence may be revoked if it is redistributed or resold, or if the order is refunded or charged back. Revocation disables downloads; we do not reach into a deployed site.
6. Updates
Updates to an application you own are available while your licence is active, through the Downloads section of your dashboard.
