What data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

This is a plain-language starting point that reflects how the marketplace actually works. It is not legal advice. Before you start selling, have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review and adapt it.

1. What we collect

Account data — name, email, phone, country, business name.
Order data — what you bought, when, and the business details you gave us to configure it.
Assets you upload — logos and images, stored privately.
Usage events — pages viewed, demos opened, checkouts started.
Support content — the messages you send us.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to support you afterwards, to issue invoices, and to understand which applications people find useful. We do not sell your data.

3. Payments

Card details never reach our servers. Payments are processed by the provider you choose at checkout; we store only the reference needed to reconcile your order.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level security, so a signed-in customer can only ever read their own records. Uploaded files and source archives are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links.

5. Third parties

Analytics and advertising tags load only when an administrator has configured an ID for them. If none is configured, no third-party script runs on this site.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@lvisuel.com and we will action it. Some records — invoices, for example — must be retained for accounting purposes.
