The terms that apply when you buy and use an application from this marketplace.

1. What you are buying
lvisuel sells ready-made web applications. Depending on the package you choose, your purchase includes the application source code, and optionally our work to install, configure, brand and launch it for you.
2. What is included
The contents of each package are listed on the pricing page and on each application page at the time of purchase. Those listed contents are what we owe you. Hosting, domain and email benefits form part of our current offer and may change for future purchases — a change never reduces what was included in an order already placed.
3. Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate business information so we can configure the application.
- Owning, or having the right to use, any logo, image or text you send us.
- Complying with the law that applies to your business and your customers.
4. Timelines
Stated timelines begin when we have received both payment and the business information we need. Delays caused by missing information move the timeline.
5. Refunds
Every application has a live demo, so you can evaluate it before buying. Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase. Source code that has already been downloaded cannot be refunded, because it cannot be returned.
6. Support
Support is provided as described in your package. It covers the application working as demonstrated. It does not cover new features, third-party services, or changes you or another developer make to the code.
7. Liability
We are liable for our own work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
